2023 - 2024 Dance Season Downloads

Please review the studio contract below. This is where you can reference IDC's policies, procedures, and answer most dance class questions. Once you and your dancer have read through the contract, please download, print, sign, and return contract form (not full contract) to the studio by your dancers first class. In signing the form, you agree to the policies and procedures set forth by Intensive Dance Company, LLC management. 

Please download the injury disclaimer. It will need a parent/guardian signature and be notarized. Dancers may NOT dance in the studio until there is an updated injury disclaimer on file. There must be a new injury disclaimer notarized and on file EVERY year.
